- Inspired by the
oxidative wines of Madeira, Le Madérisé is dark copper in colour with aromas of
caramel, dates and roasted nuts. We suggest serving it on ice at the beginning
of the evening or slightly chilled with dark chocolate at the end of the meal.
It has a lengthy finish with an element of roasted bitterness which creates a
beautiful balance between the wine's acidity and sweetness
