Perroquet Cassis

Preparation :


  • 1 oz of Crème de Cassis
  • Ice
  • Fresh mint
  • Soda
  • 1/2 oz of pastis

Étapes :

  • Fill the bottom of the glass with Crème de Cassis and stack ice cubes to the top.
  • Add the soda by pouring it along the side of the glass.
  • Slowly add the pastis.
  • Decorate with mint.
