Preparation :
Yield : 5 portions


  • 3 litres of black Kalamata olives (keep the 1/3 of the liquid)
  • 1 cup of Capiteux Monna & Filles
  • 1 1/4 cups of black currant syrup
  • 1 cup of herbes de provences
  • Minced garlic (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper

Étapes :

  • In a pan, bring all ingredient to a boil
  • Simmer for 10 minutes
  • Keep the olives in their marinade
