The Faux Poivrier
                                            Preparation : 
                                                                            
- 1 ½ oz (45 ml) of dry gin
 - 5 oz (150 ml) of tonic soda
 - A drop of Crème de Cassis
 - Pink pepper
 - 1/2 slice lemon
 - Ice cubes
 
Étapes :
- Pour gin into an old-fashioned glass.
 - Add ice cubes and fill with tonic soda.
 - Stir in crème de cassis.
 - Sprinkle with ground pink pepper.
 - Garnish with half a lemon slice.
