The Faux Poivrier

Preparation :


  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) of dry gin
  • 5 oz (150 ml) of tonic soda
  • A drop of Crème de Cassis
  • Pink pepper
  • 1/2 slice lemon
  • Ice cubes

Étapes :

  • Pour gin into an old-fashioned glass.
  • Add ice cubes and fill with tonic soda.
  • Stir in crème de cassis.
  • Sprinkle with ground pink pepper.
  • Garnish with half a lemon slice.
