Cassis mojito
- 1 oz (30 ml) white rum
- 1 oz (30 ml) Monna & Filles crème de cassis
- 1 oz (30 mL) lime juice
- 1/2 oz (15 mL) simple syrup
- Sparkling water
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Étapes :
- In a highball glass, muddle the mint leaves.
- Add rum, lime juice and simple syrup.
- Fill with ice cubes and add crème de cassis.
- Top up with sparkling water.
