  • 500 ml of milk
  • 75 g of chia seeds
  • 25 to 30 g of blackcurrant powder

Étapes :

  • Mix the blackcurrant powder with the milk.
  • Add the chia seeds and mix well.
  • Let it sit for 10 minutes, then mix again.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
