- 4.75 oz (140 mL) Greek yogurt
- 1.5 oz (45 mL) strawberry-blackcurrant jam
- *3.25 oz (95 mL) blackcurrant chia pudding
- 2 oz (60 mL) granola
- Blackcurrant powder
- Dried blackcurrants
- Coconut flakes
