Michelin guide tours at Cassis Monna & Filles

Following the announcement of the Michelin stars in Quebec, we were honored to welcome several representatives of the guide and journalists, on a tour of Quebec locations that inspire the region's chefs.

On the program: a warm welcome by Anne and Catherine Monna, followed by a guided tour of the estate, the winery and the Economuseum®, to discover our traditional know-how. The visit concluded with a gourmet tasting of our flagship products: blackcurrant wines and spirits, not forgetting our famous vanilla-blackcurrant crème molle, a house staple.
