La Monnaguette marinated olives
                                            Preparation : 
                                                                                    Yield : 5 portions
                                    
- 3 litres of black Kalamata olives (keep the 1/3 of the liquid)
 - 1 cup of Capiteux Monna & Filles
 - 1 1/4 cups of black currant syrup
 - 1 cup of herbes de provences
 - Minced garlic (to taste)
 - Salt and pepper
 
Étapes :
- In a pan, bring all ingredient to a boil
 - Simmer for 10 minutes
 - Keep the olives in their marinade
